Honsberger Physio+ takes pride in all the products that we sell, and we truly believe that they are functional tools to help assist our clients in their recovery. However, if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Honsberger Physio+ will gladly issue you a full refund with your receipt within 30 days of purchase for eligible products. Eligible products are listed below and must be unused and/or unopened and in original packaging.

Any returns exceeding 30 days will not be accepted.

All items must be sealed in original packaging.

Custom Orthotic Warranty/Return Policy

At Honsberger Physio+ we guarantee our work. If you are having difficulties with your custom orthotics within 6 months of ownership, we reserve the right to modify them as necessary at our own expense. If we still fail to provide a product that meets your expectation, we will provide a full money back guarantee within 12 months of original purchase.
